Unfortunately, no. Our building does not permit pets for guests.
Are parties or events allowed?
We totally get it - Ptown is very lively and festive! You’re welcome to have friends over, just please be respectful, don’t host a ton of people, no house parties, and please don’t trash the place.
Please use good judgment and do your best to realize that we worked very hard to buy, decorate, and maintain our home.
What are the check-in / check-out procedures?
You will be able to access our home with a door code, which we will send to you during the days prior to your arrival.
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if we have a gap between guests.
Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 AM
Can I smoke at the property?
Our home is a smoke-free home.
Please do not smoke or vape anything inside or outside the building.
The smell of pot smoke, bud, and joints is very strong.
We really must emphasize no smoking or vaping on premises. The smell lingers for a long time, and that’s not fair to us or to our future guests.
Where do I park?
If you're driving, we encourage guests to use nearby parking lots, as our building does not have parking.
The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 2, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.
Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 3 - April 30.
The closest large parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from May 1 - November 2, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours.
Alternatively, the West End Parking Lot is conveniently located about 8 minutes on foot further down Commercial St. Parking is first-come, first-serve. 45 parking spots.
